Be gamble aware and gamble more safely

Take a break and ban yourself

A good way to take control is to block, ban or bar yourself (also called self-exclusion) from places where you know gambling is an issue for you.

Get a grip on your finances

Look your finances in the eye: set limits with gambling services, talk to a financial counsellor, explore options with your bank.

Use apps to manage your gambling

You can get support when and where you need it using our apps. Whether it's curbing urges, or setting goals to reduce or stop your gambling, there's an option for you.

Adjust your online settings

If gambling websites and advertising are popping up when you’re online, you can control your settings in the browser, social media and websites you use.
