GambleAware services Request for Tender

The Request for Tender (RFT) for the delivery of the GambleAware services from 2026 is now open.

The Office is running an open RFT process for service providers for the ten GambleAware regions in NSW from 1 July 2026.

Providers will be funded to deliver free, confidential gambling and financial counselling services throughout NSW for all people affected by gambling harm. Support will be offered face-to-face, online and via telephone. Providers will also be required to offer peer support and perform community engagement activities.

Each provider will be the lead for their region with responsibility for providing support throughout that region, including Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Providers will do this through direct service provision and through sub-contracting arrangements.

The service model, contracting, reporting and quality arrangements will be based on the existing contracted service provider approach, with some refinements based on the findings of the GambleAware evaluation and the experiences of administering the current contracts.

This RFT will ensure continued access to the vital support provided by GambleAware services to people impacted by gambling harm across NSW.

The RFT is now live on the buy.nsw website.

You can access the tender documents and submit applications through the following link:
